Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, our fulfilment process starts automatically and we're unable to make changes — but if your order has already shipped, you can still return it under our standard returns procedure. Email us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.
